and completely understood all rules and regulations mentioned in the prospectus of Junior College,
pertaining to the matters stated below. I have read and agree to follow the same.
1.I ensure that my ward will regularly to refer tocollege Notice Boards as well as visit the College website

2. I will ensure that the attendance of my ward in College for Lectures, practical tutorials, activities etc. will
be 75% or greater.
3. I understand that The Rs 100 Online registration and application processing fees are non-refundable if
admission is not granted by the college or if admission is cancelled later by the student. I/We am/are
contactable via call and SMS on the mobile phone number used for Online registration on College
website.
4. I will ensure that my ward will submit the Journal and Project for EVS well in time and as per College
Schedule. I will ensure that my ward will appear for the Oral Exam which she/he will forfeit the marks for
the same.
5. I will ensure that my ward appears for all Theory and Ground Activity (practical) examinations in the
subject of Health and Physical Education (HPE).
6. I hereby state that I have read and understood all Rules and Regulations of the College as well as Rules
of FYJC Examination and promotion as mentioned in the Junior College Prospectus, and I will ensure that
my ward abides by the same.
7. (For Eligibility candidates who have passed Std 10 Board exam from Board other than Maharashtra State
Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education). I understand that admission given to me by the
College to FYJC is provisional and subject to my submission of Migration, Transfer and other related
original documents to the college, and the same receiving approval from the Board, failing which my
admission stands cancelled.
8. (For ATKT who have passed Std 10 Board Exam from Maharashtra State Board with ATKT)I understand
that admission given to me by the College to FYJC is provisional and subject to my clearing the Board
Examinations in subjects not cleared earlier, and submitting the Board Mark Sheet of the ATKT clear exam
to college immediately upon its issue, and the same receiving approval from the Board, failing which FYJC
results will not be declared.
9. I hereby acknowledge that the First Year Junior College result of my ward will be indefinitely placed in
reserve in case my ward is a defaulter on one or more of the following counts as may be applicable:

i) Eligibility not cleared by the Board. (Eligibility cases)
