Use of AI:R MATH Service

1. Any tutor who fulfills all the minimum qualifications below may register and apply to use the
service.
· Legal age (18 years old and over)
· Legal right to work in India
· Knowledgeable in Mathematics
2. Upon registration, the tutor is required to take an online test.
3. Upon passing the test, the tutor becomes a preliminary tutor.
4. For a preliminary tutor to become an official tutor, the following requirements must be fulfilled.
· Have an average tutor account rating of 3 stars or higher
· Previous riiidcms members are automatically tagged as official tutors after registration

Duties of an official tutor

· Problems should be solved within the recommended time of Thiry(30) minutes per problem.
· Uploaded solutions must include the proper answer and explanations.
· Maintain an average tutor rating of 3 stars or higher.
· Maintain an upload count of 1000 solutions or higher per month.

Removal from service

A tutor may be removed from service if he/she has reached any of the following cases:
· A tutor has received a warning three (3) times
· A tutor has negatively affected the service.
Upon the removal of the tutor from the service, all information submitted (name, e-mail address,
phone number) will be blocked from the system.

Posts Policy
‘Posts’ refer to any information uploaded by tutors. This may include, but is not limited to, chats,
photos, drawing pictures, videos, and files. Solutions for any problem must be completed within the
recommended time of Thiry(30) minutes. All solutions must include the proper answers and
explanations.
Below are cases that can be considered for violation of the Posts policy:
· Uploaded solution photo is unrecognizable (blurred or dark).
· The solution is given in the chat without an uploaded photo of the solution.
· Photos irrelevant to the problem have been uploaded.
· The solution was not completed within the allotted solving time.
Reporting Policy
Reporting a student
If a student is making inappropriate actions, the tutor may report the student. Reports are processed
anonymously and will be reviewed according to the AI:R MATH terms and policies.
Reported by a student
If a tutor thinks that the report or rating made by a student is unfair, the tutor may prepare an
objection for the case by submitting the necessary proof or evidence to the management.

Restriction on Use of Service

· Blurred solution photo
· Giving explanations without uploading the solution photo
· Not completing the solution within the allowed time limit
1 Warning AND 10 USD deduction
· 3 Cautions
· Uploading only the answers without solution or explanation
· Uploading images not relevant to the problem
· Reported by a student
Permanent removal from the service
· 3 Warning
· Tutor attempts to contact the students outside the application
· Tutor has negatively affected the service
· Uploading blank images as solution without any intimation
· Uploading screenshot of typed solution without any intimation
. Inappropriate chats without any intimation

Others
· If the tutor’s average rating stays at three (3) stars and below, service may be restricted or a penalty
may be given.
· If the tutor negatively affects the service, service may be restricted or a penalty may be given.

Payment
Tutor’s fee is calculated monthly and will be paid out every 10th of the following month via PayPal.
The tutor's fee will be based on the subject and the number of solutions uploaded each month. The
fee will be paid out after-tax and the transfer fee in USD. The tutor will shoulder the tax incurred from
their home country. The minimum amount needed to qualify for the payment will be $112. If the
minimum amount is not reached the current amount will be carried over for next month’s payment.
The tutor must submit the following information for the processing of payment: name, contact
number, email address, and a copy of a government-issued ID. The tutor’s fee may be deferred due
to any issues with the recipient’s account.

Tutor Rates will be dependent on the number of solutions uploaded each month.

1 to 500 : 0.15 USD per solution

501 to 1000 : 0.16 USD per solution
1001 to 2000 : 0.17 USD per solution
2001 to 3000 : 0.18 USD per solution
above 3001: 0.19 USD per solution

Incentive shall follow company policy/memo on incentive program.

Company will add 4% of totall amount for paypal charge

Account Cancellation
A tutor can request withdrawal of service at any time. Those who wish to withdraw from the service
must submit their request to AI:R MATH and sign the contract termination sheet.

If unacceptable behavior is found during tutor activity, the tutoring activity will
be interrupted. Please note that salaries will also not be processed. The
following activities are prohibited:

● Sharing your personal information to meet student outside of ZioTes Q&A platform
● Giving and charging student lesson services that are not related to ZioTes Q&A
services
● Sharing or selling the account with a third user/party without agreement from
ZioTes Q&A
● Harassing other tutors and members of ZioTes Q&A community
● Purposefully obstructing ZioTes Q&A business and other related service flow
● Repeated offenses despite having been warned
● Any Q&A related abuses, including copying and pasting irrelevant materials from
the internet

In addition, it is not possible to apply as a new tutor again if you have been
previously removed as a tutor on ZioTes Solutions Inc. If the applicant is found
to have been permanently removed from the app, all activities will be canceled.
