Narrative Report

I. Introduction

This narrative report offers a thorough synopsis of the Netiquette webinar regarding Arellano University's
work immersion program. It is intended to help senior high school graduates get ready for the workforce. It
also provides some guidance on each research paper chapter.

II. Knowledge/Learning Acquired


I am one of the students who will graduate from senior high school this year, and the primary objective of this
webinar is to provide students with knowledge on how to face a job interview. This webinar taught me a lot of
things that I will definitely find useful in my job search. I'm terrified of these kinds of interviews, but thanks to the
webinar, I learned how to conduct one—especially by being yourself and knowing how to stand out. Additionally,
you ought to be sufficiently self-assured, particularly if you're determined to start a career.Creating a resume will
help you introduce yourself to an interviewer, highlight your skills, and explain how you can benefit the company
while looking for a job.
Writing a research paper was one of the webinar's topics. This is crucial for us students, particularly since we will be
writing theses in college. I gained knowledge of every chapter's content that makes up a research project. Although I
am aware that it has been studied in the classroom, this webinar gave me a deeper understanding of the research,
particularly with regard to the thesis.

III. Observation
Following this webinar, I saw that it was intended to help us get ready to graduate from senior high school and
realize that our time in high school is coming to an end. The webinar's thesis topic will be useful if we can all attend
college, and for those of us who can't, we've just been given the information on how to apply for jobs properly, so
we'll just need to work hard to get it.

IV. Recommendations/Suggestions
.We are going to have both great and negative things happen to us because sometimes our potential, traits, abilities,
and talents will work to our favor and sometimes they won't. We all have our own unique set of skills, traits, and
shortcomings, thus we are not flawless in these areas. Being embodied with infirmities does not preclude us from
being productive workers in future so because of the help of this webinar we can learned something. This just
indicates that there are things in life that we must adjust to and learn from. Being ourselves implies that we should
be able to accept who we are and who we are not. The first step to becoming a successful worker is learning to be
honest with ourselves. Assuming accountability for our own deeds promotes personal development and create space
for more advancements. Developing a friendship with our coworkers is just one more way that we can adapt to our
workplace with ease. Demonstrate to them your reliability.

Narrative Report

I. Introduction
In febuary 15, 2024 inside the arellano University Andress bonifacio campus a mock interview was
conducted for those who will graduate from Senior High school students. where they face questions about
their desired job. I am one of the students who participated in this mock interview, along with my classmates.
We learned and some of them are get failed but some of then got the highest score. This mock interview show
up and made us realize our abilities especially when it comes to a job interview

II. Knowledge/learning Acquired


I am now able to be prepared at all times thanks to the practice interview. I just finished my high school life
and get ready or my next journey, thus I have never conducted interviews for a potential job. The practice
interview helps me prepare for the kind of questions I'll be asked in advance, how I'll seem when I respond,
and how well-prepared I am to present my response. I will only be allowed to interview once by the
interviewer. I must thus make it possible. The questions held far less significance. I was not questioned about
my motivations or my areas of enthusiasm but one of the things that impressed me was what the interviewer
said in the mock interview that you need to know yourself before you go into the interview because
everything that theinterviewer will be asked about is also about yourself and you don't have to worry about
that, you need to show your determination and confidence so that you can attract the attention of an
interviewer In addition, I want to make sure I research the business I'm interviewing with. I'm going to get
some points there if I can tailor the responses to the mission statement or values of the organization. I want to
be assured of my knowledge when I speak. I also want the interviewer to know that I am familiar with their
business and that I will adhere to their core principles. Once more,
