OFFER LETTER

Dear Vishal Kumar Seksaria,

It is my pleasure to extend the following offer of employment to you on behalf of “Webvio

Technologies Private Limited”, further to the interview and discussions you have had with us.
You are expected to join duty on 10th of October 2022. You are appointed to the position
“Travel Sales Executive” and in this capacity, you will report directly to your Manager.

As a Travel Sales Executive, your starting maximum potential monthly remuneration will be
₹ 15,000/- ( Fifteen Thousand only). You will be on probation period of 6 months. You will
receive a detailed confirmation letter once you complete the probation period.

On your joining date, please bring (i) the original and 1 photocopy of this letter duly signed and
dated by you; (ii) 3 self-photograph (passport sized),(iii) the originals and 1 set of photocopies of
the following documents:
1. Education degree certificate and all year mark sheets for the highest degree attained.
2. Experience certificates & pay slips of the last employer.
3. Proof of identity or address: Bring one of the following documents: passport, driving license,
voter's identification card. Pan Card and Aadhar card is must.

In case of termination of this employment, you are required to give the company a minimum of
one month’s notice in writing otherwise payment of the salary in lieu thereof. Spot resignation
will not be accepted. You may be released earlier at the discretion of the management.

Please note that it is your responsibilities to take care of all the Company information, if we found
reasonable grounds to believe that you are guilty of any misconduct, negligence or in material
breach, the Company reserves the right to terminate your employment with or without pay and prior
notice.
Please note that the salary cycle is from 21st – 20th of the month.

Joining before 15th of the month 1st of the Next month
Joining after 15th of the month 1st of the 3rd month
