उमीदवारों के िलए महवपूण िनद श/ IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. परीा की कुल अविध 2 घं टे 30 िमनट है ।/ The total duration of Test is 2 hours 30 minutes.
2. COVID-19 के िलए एहितयात के तौर पर, उमीदवार को कद पर िरपोिटं ग/वे श समय के अनु सार कद पर पहुंचना चािहए।/ As a precaution for COVID-19, the candidate must reach
centre as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at centre.
3. गे ट बं द होने के समय के बाद िकसी भी उमीदवार को वे श करने की अनु मित नहीं दी जाएगी तािक वह लॉिगन घोषणाओं को छोड़ न सक। इस सं बंध म कद पयवेक का िनणय अं ितम
होगा।/ No candidate shall be permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time so that he/she does not miss the login announcements. The decision of centre observer shall be final
in this regard.
4. िकसी भी उमीदवार को परीा समात होने से पहले परीा क / हॉल छोड़ने की अनु मित िबकुल नहीं दी जाएगी।/ No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination
Room/ Hall before the end of the examination strictly.
5. उमीदवार को परीा थल म केवल िननिलिखत वतु ओं को अपने साथ ले जाने की अनु मित है :/ Candidate is allowed to carry only the following items with them in the
examination venue:
⚬ एईईएस वे बसाइट से डाउनलोड और भरा हुआ वे श प िविधवत प से (ए 4 आकार के कागज पर एक पट रं गीन िं टआउट) मूल फोटो आईडी काड के साथ। आवे दन करते समय
अपलोड की गई फोटो, वे श प पर िचपकाई जानी चािहए और परीा के दौरान क िनरीक की उपिथित म हतार िकए जाने चािहए। परीा हॉल छोड़ने से पहले वे श प क
िनरीक को सप िदया जाना है । / Admit Card along downloaded from the AEES website (a clear colour printout on A4 size paper) duly filled in along with Photo ID card in
Original. The photo same as uploaded while applying, be pasted on Admit Card and to be signed during exam in presence of invigilator. The Admit Card is to be handed over
to invigilator before leaving exam hall.

6. िकसी भी पिरिथित म परीा ितिथ / स / शहर / थान म पिरवतन के अनु रोध पर िवचार नहीं िकया जाएगा (िवापन का खं ड 5.7 पढ़ )/ NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN TEST
DATE / SESSION / CITY / VENUE WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (Read Clause 5.7 of advt)
7. िकसी भी उमीदवार को कोई अनु िचत साधन नहीं अपनाना चािहए या िकसी भी अनु िचत परीा गितिविध म शािमल नहीं होना चािहए यिक परीा कद सीसीटीवी की िनगरानी म ह ।/
No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices as the examination centres are under surveillance of CCTV.
8. एक बार टे ट एडिमिनटे टर ारा उपिथित पं जीकरण कर िलए जाने के बाद, उमीदवार को टे ट पूरा होने तक टे ट स टर हॉल / म छोड़ने की अनु मित नहीं दी जाएगी।/ Once the
Attendance Registration are done by Test Administrators, the Candidates will not be allowed to leave the Test Centre Hall/Room till completion of Test.
9. उमीदवार को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे िनयिमत प से वे बसाइट पर अपडे ट दे खते रह । उह नवीनतम अपडे ट और सूचना के िलए अपने पं जीकृत ई-मे ल पते पर अपना मे लबॉस और
पं जीकृत मोबाइल नं बर पर एसएमएस भी दे खना चािहए।/ Candidates are advised to check updates on website regularly. They should also check their mailbox on the registered E-
mail address and SMS in their registered Mobile No. for latest updates and information.
10. कोई भी यित िकसी भी प म परीण सामग ी का खु लासा, काशन, पु नपादन, े षण, भं डारण या सं चरण और भं डारण की सु िवधा दान करता है या िकसी भी जानकारी को पूरी तरह
से या उसके िहसे म या िकसी भी मायम से यानी मौिखक या िलिखत, इले ट ॉिनक या यां िक या परीण कद म आपूित की गई कागजात को ले जाता है या परीा सामग ी के अनिधकृत
कजे म पाए जाने पर गं भीर कदाचार माना जाएगा और चयन िया से वं िचत/अयोय घोिषत िकया जाएगा। एईईएस िनयम के अनु सार अनु शासनामक और कानूनी कारवाई करे गा और
यिद आवयक हो तो ऐसे मामल की पु िलस को सूचना दी जाएगी।/ Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and
storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means i.e. verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the
papers supplied in the test centre or found to be in unauthorised possession of test content will be considered as serious misconduct and will be debarred/disqualified from
selection process. AEES will take disciplinary and legal action as per rules and such cases will be reported to police, if necessary.
11. ब चमाक िवकलां ग यितय (पीडयूबीडी) को जरत पड़ने पर बै ठने म सहायता के िलए परीा के समय से कम से कम 60 िमनट पहले परीा थल के टे ट स टर शासक से सं पक
करना चािहए। PwBD े णी के तहत छट ू का दावा करने पर, उमीदवार को सम ािधकारी ारा जारी PwBD माणप लाना होगा/ Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
should contact the Test Centre Administrator of the test venue at least 60 minutes before the time of examination for assistance in seating, if needed. The candidate must bring
PwBD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming relaxation under PwBD category.
12. उमीदवार को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे परीा की िविध को समझने के िलए परीा से 10-12 िदन पहले उपलध कराई जाने वाली िलए अपने लॉिगन आईडी और पासवड के साथ अपने
आवे दक डै शबोड म लॉग इन करने के बाद मॉक परीा िलं क दे ख। परीा के िदन िकसी भी असु िवधा से बचने के िलए यह बहुत महवपूण है ।/ CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO SEE
MOCK EXAM LINK after logging in their applicant dashboard with their LOGIN ID and Password TO UNDERSTAND THE METHOD OF EXAMINATION to
be made available 10-12 days before test. This is very important to avoid any inconvenience on exam day.
13. आपको अपने साथ एक मूल फोटो पहचान माण जै से पै न काड/पासपोट /डाइिवं ग लाइस स/वोटर आईडी/आधार काड लाना होगा, िजसके िबना आपको परीा म शािमल होने की अनु मित
नहीं दी जाएगी।/ You must bring with you an original photo identity proof such as PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter Id/Aadhar Card, without which you will not be
allowed to attend the examination.
14. परीा के िलए आपकी उमीदवारी अनं ितम है और िवापन म और दतावे ज़ सयापन के दौरान दी गई सभी आवयकताओं और पाता शतों जै से िनधािरत िशा योयता, आयु आिद
को पूरा करने पर िनभर करती है ।/ Your candidature to the examination is provisional and depends upon the meeting all the requirements and eligibility conditions such as
prescribed educational qualification, age etc. given in the advertisement and during document verification.
15. पे पर, नोटबु क, िकताब , कैलकुले टर, पामटॉप, लू टू थ िडवाइस, या कोई भी इले ट ॉिनक उपकरण िजसम परीा के दौरान धोखाधड़ी या अनिधकृत सं चार म दुपयोग की सं भावना है और
यिद िकसी उमीदवार के पास इनम से कोई भी सामग ी या इसका उपयोग करते हुए या नकल करते हुए पाया जाता है या इस तरह की वतु ओं का गलत तरीके से उपयोग करते पाया जाता है
तो वह, अयोय घोिषत िकया जा सकता है और मु कदमा चलाया जाएगा।/ Papers, Note Books, Books, calculators, palmtops, blue tooth device, or any electronic device which has
the potential of misuse in cheating or unauthorized communication during the examination are strictly banned. In case a candidate is found to have any of these materials or
using it or copying it of found to have using such items unfairly, will be liable to be disqualified and shall be prosecuted.
16. कद समवयक/िनरीक ारा िदए गए िनद श और परीा शु  होने से पहले कंयूटर ीन पर दिशत होने वाले िनद श का कड़ाई से पालन िकया जाएगा।/ The instructions given by
Centre Coordinator/Invigilator and appearing in the computer screen before the examination starts shall be strictly adhered to.
17. ये क न के बाद 4 उर िवकप िदए गए ह । वह िवकप चु न जो सबसे उपयु त हो। आपको जो िवकप सही लगता है , उसके बगल म बने वृ /बॉस पर िलक करके अपने उर का
चयन कर ।/ Every question is followed by 4 answer options. Choose the option that is most appropriate. Indicate your answer by clicking on the circle/box adjacent to the option
you think is right.
18. िकसी भी कद/िशट म परीा के िदन िकसी भी तकनीकी खराबी/असफलता के मामले म , केवल उन उमीदवार के िलए नई ितिथयां अिधसूिचत की जाएं गी और ऐसे उमीदवार को
िनधािरत ितिथ और समय पर िफर से उपिथत होना होगा। इस सं बंध म ए . ई. ई . एस. का िववे कािधकार अं ितम और वायकारी होगा।/ In case of any technical snag / failure on the day
of examination at any centre/shift, new dates shall be notified for those candidates only and such candidates will have to re-appear on the designated date and time.The
discretion of AEES in this regard is final and binding.
19. उमीदवार को सती से सलाह दी जाती है िक वे कोई भी टोपी/हे डिगयर/कोई बै ग/पानी की बोतल /मोबाइल फोन/चमड़े के पस/अं गठ ू ी/आभूषण/कलाई घिड़यां न लाएं यिक इह परीा
थल के अं दर अनु मित नहीं दी जाएगी और इनकी सु रा के िलए उमीदवार इसके िलए पूरी तरह िजमे दार हगे । ऐसे सभी सामान को आयोजन थल के बाहर अपने जोिखम पर रखना
होगा।/ Candidates are strictly advised not to wear any caps/headgear/carry any Bags/Water Bottles/ Mobile Phone/ leather wallets/rings/ ornaments / wrist watches rough paper
as these will not be allowed inside the venue and candidates shall be solely responsible for its safekeeping. All such items will have to kept outside the venue at their own risk.
20. उमीदवार के माता-िपता/अिभभावक को परीा थल पिरसर म अनु मित नहीं दी जाएगी।/ Parents / guardians of the candidates shall not be allowed in the venue premises.
21. उपरोत िकसी भी या सभी िनद श का उलं घन करने पर उमीदवार की अयोयता हो जाएगी।/ Violation of any or all the above instructions shall lead to his/her disqualification.
