 |ORDER CONFIRMATION
1. Policy on Confidentiality

Customer agrees that any information provided by the firm is secret and was received by the company
pursuant to a duty of secrecy. Without first receiving the company's prior written approval, the customer must keep
such information completely and secretly confidential and must not disclose, communicate, or otherwise make it
available to anybody. In line with this, Evoltz Solar is aware that the data provided by the customer is exclusive
to this solar project only. Evoltz Solar will keep the information private and won't divulge it to anybody else.

2. Termination
We have devoted our hearts and souls to every project, from the start of a site study until its completion. We will
make every effort to put things right if specific circumstances force the client to terminate our service, even if you
ultimately decide to say goodbye. On the other hand, if the customer breaches their obligation under the proposal,
Evoltz Solar has the right to revoke any money reimbursements given prior to or during the application stage.

3. Validity
Based on the current exchange rate of USD 1.00 = RM 4.67, this quote is valid for 30 days following the date
shown. Before sending the customer an invoice, Evoltz Solar maintains the right to adjust the project cost if there is
a significant departure of more than 2% from the spot rate.

4. Maintenance
Once every two to three years is recommended for maintenance, which includes monitoring and cleaning solar PV
modules, solar inverters, electrical items, and system analysis reports.

< 36 modules RM500 Per Visit
Skylift fees chargeable for non-accessible roofs.
> 36 modules > RM500 Per Visit All cost may adjust upon periodic inflation.

2. Financing partners

I hereby agree that Evoltz Solar may collect, obtain, store and process my personal data that I provide in this
application limited to the purpose of application submission and project management only. According to NEM
Contract, offset period shall be effective with a ten (10) years term. Upon the expiry of the term of NEM contract,
I agree with TNB that I shall be registered by TNB asself-consumption.
