1. The graph below shows the consumption of fish and different kinds of meat in
a European country between 1979 and 2004.

In 1979, The consumption of beef was highest, around 210 grams per person per week.
Meanwhile, the figure for fish was lowest, roughly 60 grams. There were 140 and 150
grams chicken and lamb were consumed respectively.
In 2004, There was a significant increase in the amount of chicken consumed by 110
grams to 250 grams. By contrast, the amount of fish consumption remained
unchanged, roughly 50 grams. While the years 2004 saw a sharp decrease in the
amount of beef and lamb consumption roughly 110 grams and 60 grams respectively.
2. The graph below shows the proportion of the population aged 65 and over
between 1940 and 2040 in three different countries.

In 1940, The proportion of the USA citizens who aged 65 and over was highest,
roughly 10% in total the population in the USA, while the figure for Japan was lowest,
at 5%. 7% of Sweden people who aged 65 and over.
In 2040, The percentage of Japanese citizens aged 65 and over is predicted to a
significant increase of 22% to 27%. Meanwhile, there is expected to be sharp rose of
Sweden people aged 65 and over of 18% to 25%. The proportion of the USA is
forecast to rapid grow 12% to 22%.

3. The pie charts show the changes in annual spending by a particular UK school
in 1981 and 1991.
In 1981, The percentage expenditure on teachers’ salaries was highest, at 40%, while
the figure for insurance was lowest, at 2% on total school spending. Meanwhile, 28%
of money spent on other workers’ salaries. There were 15% of money spent on both
resources book and furniture and equipment.
In 1991, there was a sharp increase in the percentage expenditure on teachers’ salaries
of 10% to 50%. By contrast, the figure for furniture and equipment, other workers’
salaries saw a rapid decrease at 5% and 22% respectively. The proportion of money
spent on resources book slightly increased by 5% at 20% while, the figure for
insurance was stable at 3%.
