American passport numbered 583240088, issued on November 27, 2017 at US Department of
State.

My children, Conan Noel Joshua and Vallerie Zaria Joshua, have my consent to travel to Frankfurt,
Germany without an adult present and stay with my wife / their mother Shireen Sinclair at Salbacher
Straße 63, Riegelsberg, Saarland 66292, who is a legal resident of Germany. Both children are reuniting
under the Family reunification and will submit a residence permit after entry.

My children will be leaving the United States on August 21, 2021.
