Annual Day Circular - Std. VI to XII 18.03.24

Dear Parents,
We are nearing the closure of this academic year of Springdays. We take this opportunity
to thank you for your co-operation during the past years and look forward to your continued
support i4 future.
We are having the Graduation Ceremony - Std X & XII followed by the Senior Annual
Day on April 17th, Wednesday at 5.30 p.m. on the school premises to give away the merit
certificates for the academic toppers of the year 2023-24. The toppers of 2022'2023 , of Std X &
XII Board exam will be honoured.
ALL ARE INVITED.
The parents will be informed as to whether their child is receivingany merit certificate, in
the second week of April, through Whatsapp.

Bus Timings on Annual day:

will pick up the students
than the usual time on a normal working day. That is, a student who is usually picked up at 8.00
a.m. on a normal working day will be picked up at 4.15 p.m.
For the convenience of those parents who cannot come in their own vehicles, a school bus
will start from Green Circle-Ganesh Motors (Hero Honda show room) & one from Pallikonda
tollgate at 4.30 p.m. on the Annual Day, exclusively for the parents. And the same buses will drop
them (with their wards) after the programme at the same places.
Parents will strictly not be allowed to meet their wards before the programme. So please
send enough water and snacks
Parents of Std X & XII are requested to come at 5.30 pm. Parents of Std VI to IX & XI can
oome at 6.30 pm, as the Graduation Ceremony of Std X & X[ will take an hour's time.
* The parents can take their wards home, along with them. Or, the Senior children can go
home in the Senior bus trips which will stan from the school after the whole programme is over.
The exact time of deparfure cannot be said as the nature of the programme is such. The entire
programme will take aroundL%lus,
Children are to come in uniform on the Annual day.
Children are allowed to bring cell phones to school to communicate with their parents, only
on this day and only if necessary. The cell phone will be confiscated if it is used for any other
purpose.
Only the photographer arlanged by the school is allowed to take photos & videos during
the programme. Parents are not allowed to take photos & videos during the programme.

Canteen will be open throughout, for the parents to buy snacks.
