 To address these challenges, we propose the development of
an innovative Attendance Monitoring System (AMS). This
project aims to revolutionize the way organizations track and
manage attendance, offering a comprehensive digital solution
that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and convenience.
 The Attendance Monitoring System (AMS) project proposes an innovative solution
to address the challenges faced by organizations in tracking and managing
employee attendance efficiently. Traditional methods of attendance monitoring
often rely on manual processes, leading to inaccuracies, inefficiencies, and
administrative burdens. In response to these shortcomings, the AMS project aims
to revolutionize attendance tracking through the integration of advanced
technologies and streamlined processes.
 The key features of the proposed AMS include automated attendance tracking
using biometric recognition, RFID cards, or mobile applications, real-time data
analysis to identify attendance patterns and trends, customizable reporting
functionalities to generate comprehensive attendance reports, and seamless
integration with existing HRM systems and organizational databases. Moreover,
the AMS prioritizes security and privacy by implementing robust encryption
protocols and access controls to safeguard sensitive attendance data.
 The Main purpose of developing Attendence
Monitoring System (AMS) is to computerised

to generate report atomatically at the end of the
session or in between of the session.
