can build the business case for market entry. If his plan gets approved, AJ would be
promoted to Executive Vice President and would become a budget holder within Omega to
lead this initiative. He has promised that in case of approval, he would also be able to
provide more engagements to your team in the form of GTM strategy, expansion support,
and even M&A strategy and execution.
You have to submit the final deliverable to AJ by EOD on 24 March. The deliverable should
answer 6 key questions around the segment:
1. What are the use cases for quantum computing within BFSI?
3. Who are all the key players/competitors in this segment that Omega would face
within the identified sub-categories?
AJ would like to understand the name of key (top 15-20) competitors and their high-
level details such as revenue, FTE size, relevant products/solutions/services,
geographic presence etc.
4. What is the potential of this segment, current market size, and growth?
5. What are the key supply-side and demand-side trends in this space? What the
disruption elements impacting this space?
The deliverable should clearly include all data sources (in the appendix) and all the
assumptions that they team has considered to provide information for the 6 key questions
above. He needs to have all of this information at hand when he presents his business case
to the executive board for approval.
