A: oh my god. I have a lot of pain. I just feel sick, my whole body hurts right now and my mouth is
worse. I may have a respiratory disease. I should call Dr Alvaro to schedule an appointment, I am

B: good afternoon, this is Dr Alvaro, who is speaking?

A: hello Dr Alvaro, I am Alejandro, the guy you met at the party last weekend, do you remember?

B: sure! How is it going?

A: that’s why I called you. I feel terrible, like I am dying and I need you to check me ASAP

B: okay, a patient just cancelled me, you can come at night at 7 pm

B: so…what’s the matter?

A: this morning I woke up feeling awful, I felt dizzy, nauseous, I’ve been coughing and vomiting,
and my mouth is just a disaster, could you give me an injection or a painkiller?

B: are you serious? You’re about to die and you’re asking me for pills? You have to be kidding. I
need to check you first.

Jummmm, I don’t think you have a respiratory disease, actually you’re so bad and so sick because
of one of your wisdom tooth, it looks like it is growing in a bad way and you have some cavities as
well, you must go to the dentist.

A: Wao, I won’t be able to go to the university if I don’t fix this big problem. I’ll call my sister, she
will check me.

A: hi sis, how are u?

C: I am great, wbu?
A: Well, im not doing great tbh. I went to doctor Alvaros office yesterday, the one I told you I met
at the party. And he said that my wisdom tooth is growing in a bad position, so I was wondering if
you could help me with that and make a general review of my teeth.

C: oh, and what made him get to that conclusion?

A: well, I was feeling nauseous, dizzy. I was also coughing a little bit and vomiting. Oh, and my
mouth hurts as well, so I went to his office, and when he checked me he told me that the wisdom
tooth could be the cause. Anyways, can you help me or not?

C: oh, I see. Yes, I can help you, but if you keep talking to me like that I will charge you like a
normal client.

C: can you come tomorrow at 2pm?

A: yeah, I will be there

B: hey Alejandro, I heard you already removed your wisdom tooth, how are you feeling?

A: well, it still hurts a bit, but I can go to the university already

B: oh, did you take something for the pain?

A: yes, my sister gave me some painkillers and gave me an injection. But I think it was
unnecessary, she just wanted to see me suffer.

B: I see, I think you kinda deserved it, I heard she was mad at you because of the way you talked to
her.

A: she is already gossiping to everyone, typical her. Anyways, I have to leave home now, thanks for
