Cost of College worksheet

Fill in the blanks to determine how much your education is going to cost you. Base this on today’s
rates, knowing that they will most likely increase. Be sure to use the information you collected for
both parts of the Academic Blueprint assignment.

Analyze and discuss your cost of college in a written reflection. Your reflection
should include the following components (other components are welcomed):

 When reviewing your cost of college/university estimates, what surprised you


the most about how much it will cost you to complete your degree? Explain
why this surprised you.
 How do you plan to pay for your college/university? Be specific.
 Explain the financial considerations associated with your education (e.g. What
other costs/fees are associated with attending college, other than tuition and
books? Make an extensive list of all other items you will need to be
successful in college.
