Subject: Appointment Letter for Junior Engineer

Dear Mr. Arpan Gupta,

With reference to our discussions, we are pleased to appoint you in our

organization, VVNT SEQUOR, on the following terms and conditions:

1. Designation: You will be designated as a Junior Engineer (E0.1 band)

with VVNT SEQUOR. However, you will have the opportunity to choose
from various career options based on the available job roles at VVNT.

2. Joining Date and Location: Your employment is effective from 11th Mar
2024, and your work location will be at A-106, Logix Technova, Plot No.
A-4, Sector 132, Greater Noida Expressway, Noida-201304 (Adjacent to
Adobe Building). Our executive will help you with joining instructions.

3. Total Compensation: You have been hired under the Individual

Development Plan (IDP) based Train-to-Hire program. Upon successful
completion, you will be aligned with E1.1 band job roles as per business
needs. Your base salary package will be INR 1.8 Lac per annum (One
Lac Eighty Thousand Only), inclusive of an 8% performance variable
component. Additionally, you will receive a Long-Term Association
Bonus of INR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Only), detailed below.

4. Benefits with our Compensation structure:

a. Your compensation will be structured as per industry standards and will be
reviewed annually according to the Company policy. Increments will be
discretionary and subject to your effective performance within the Company.
b. Your CTC includes Provident Fund and Medical coverage costs applicable to
your employee category.
c. You will enjoy additional benefits such as the Training Hours Incentive, Referral
schemes, and Global Certifications policy, which are our unique offerings.
d. You may receive payouts up to 125% of the performance variable
component bi-annually, provided there's no extended leave.

5. Train-to-Hire Stipend: Our Train-to-Hire program may last up to six

months, during which you will receive a fixed stipend of INR 5,000 per
month. Throughout the program, your performance will be continuously
evaluated. Full salary benefits will commence only after successful
completion of the program and submission of your educational
degree. At that point, you will be mapped to appropriate E1.1 band

job roles and provided with other employment details. Our targeted list
of job roles is outlined in Annexure-I.

6. Work Timings: You are required to adhere to office timings of 9:30 am

to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

7. Leave Policy: You are entitled to one leave per month, accumulable
within the calendar year. Education Leaves (for exam purposes) are
permissible with prior approval.

8. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this contract with a 90-
days’ notice or equivalent Gross Salary. Failure to adhere to this clause
may result in ineligibility for Full and Final settlement.

9. Service Agreement: For the initial two years, you will be under a service
bond. Leaving during this period requires a deposit of INR 1.5 Lacs in
addition to the notice period.

10. Association Bonus: After completing two years of regular service, you
will receive an Association bonus of INR 50,000, disbursed in two
installments.

11. Confidentiality: You are required to adhere to non-disclosure

agreements and observe the code of conduct throughout your
employment.
