Beliefs on Teaching and Learning (Pre and Post)
(Pre)
(POST)
Teaching is a difficult profession because we must prepare not just a teacher who will
convey information to them, but also a person who will understand, value, and love
them like their parents do.
I find teaching to be energizing, and I endeavor to enjoy both instructing and disciplining
the student.
Students; achievement can be improved by working together as a you show that you
believe to them.
When their emotional, social, cultural, and educational needs are met by the school
administration.
Building a great connection where children feel appreciated and respected by their
instructors and classmates.
Reflections on the course
The teacher and the school curriculum must have concept, objectives, learning experiences, pedagogical
tools, and evaluations that make up a particular teaching methods should all be reflected in an effective
curriculum. It may be specific topic or just a broad review of what's to be expected. It must be a practical
tool that helps teachers create the unique strategies, approaches, and materials they need to succeed in
respective settings. The word "curriculum," "form of curriculum," "various bases of curriculum,"
"multiple ideas of curriculum," "components of curriculum," "unique stages of curriculum
development," etc. In this field, I go through many highs and lows. It is really difficult to adjust to this
new way of learning in the current times.

Reflection
In this type of learning method, I am really struggling a lot, but fortunately, our teacher didn't let us
suffer. He led us from the very beginning. When he assigns us a work or a module, he always provides us
with resources to consult in order to complete the assignment or module. He also allows us enough time
to complete the task or module, taking into account those who may struggle to do it on time. As a future
educator it aids in my acquisition of knowledge, ideas, rules, and procedures for the curriculum-
development process.
