Responsibilities:

As a Global Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to connect people and brands, shaping urban landscapes
and fostering innovation. Your key responsibilities include:

- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture global partnerships aligned with our vision, focusing on the leasing of retail
and hospitality spaces in city environments.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that enhance our
program and contribute to the revitalization of city spaces.
- Innovative Concepts: Demonstrate an innovative mindset, identifying and implementing future proof concepts that align
with our mission and resonate with diverse local cultures.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including development, marketing, and
operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to our global partner strategy.

Qualifications:

- An Analytical mindset to assess partnership performance, evaluate key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to
optimize collaborations.
- Project management skills to oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively
and within established timelines.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of partnerships, including contract negotiation, compliance, and understanding of relevant
regulations in different regions.
- Understanding of financial principles and the ability to assess the financial viability of partnership opportunities.
- 5+ years of working experience in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in leasing retail and/or hospitality spaces on a national/global scale.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for future and innovative concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive and lasting partnerships.
- Ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural landscapes.
- Visionary thinking to contribute to the evolution of urban spaces.
