D. MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS:
1. FT-2306 cable replacement done and pass taken in cascade
2. P123B NRV dropped and boiler makers fixied
3. Feed rate reduced to 1180m3/hr at 15hrs due to FO ullage issue , increased back to
1220m3/hr at 5:00am after OMS clearance.
4. Steam leaks arrested at P-120A O/H (steam out point dead end flange) and F101B soot
blower CV bypass flange
5. F-101B Pass-2 control FT, FT-2402 Pass FT behaving eratic
6. Vac heater tubes bowing status remains same.
Vac heater tubes bowing status:
Total Radiant tubes: 168 Nos.in both Cells; Bowed tubes: 27 Nos.
A. Cell-1 South: Tubes no# 4,5,6,7,8,9 are in bowed condition. 2nd , 3rd ,4th & 5th tubes
observed with severe bowing and occasionally touching each other.
B. Cell-1 North: Tubes no# 6,7,8 are in bowed condition. 6th tube observed with severe
bowing and moved closer to 5th tube.
C. Cell-2 South: Tubes no# 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 are in bowed condition. 3rd tube observed with
severe bowing and moved closer to 2nd tube.
D. Cell-2 North: Tubes no# 2,3, 4,5,6,7 tubes are in bowed condition.2 and 3rd tube
bowing from 17th January evening hours, 3rd & 4th tubes observed with severe bowing and
occasionally touching with other tube.
