Greetings!

Kindly excuse from your classes the students listed below for they will participate in the
ROSARIO MUNICIPAL MEET (HEPTAGONAL MEET) in Bayugan 3, Rosario, Agusan del Sur on
SEPTEMBER 6-7, 2018.

In this connection, these students will have an intensive training on SEPTEMBER 4 until 5,
2018 (TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY).

With this, I also request your consideration on the activities that you will conduct during their
absence and favor them the guideline stipulated in the Republic Act No. 10676, Section 4 (4) - No
school, or its representative, shall be authorized to perform the following acts on a student-
athlete: (4) Give incomplete grades in subjects in which the student-athlete is exempted by
virtue of being a student-athlete.

Furthermore, the above student-athletes understand that they are responsible for any activities
and/or assignments missed as a result of the excused class absence.

I hope you would kindly allow them to take any remedial tests and/or the conduct of
Performance Tasks which they will miss during their absence from school.
