Minutes for November 20th, 2023
Time: 6:00pm – 8:30pm
Location: Zoom Meet

Good evening to every one of you. The meeting from last week was called to order at 6:18 p.m.

Apoogies were made for Ms. Valrie Rose. The meeting was later joined by the general manager

at around 6:45 p.m. In the absence of the secretary, Rushell Russell recorded the minutes. The

closing ceremony and the rotation of people taking on various responsibilities were the topics of

the first session. Each person is required to submit comprehensive reports. The theme for the

final ceremony was deliberated upon and ultimately selected as follows: "Sweet endings: From

possibilities to success."

Date for closing ceremony is confirmed for December 13, 2023

There have been suggestions that I serve as the chairperson for the upcoming ceremony.

Four items are required for the ceremony

All employees and managers are to capture pictures or videos demonstrating the making of their

sales so a slideshow can be created for display. It was indicated that everyone is in charge of

looking for a guest speaker, and the most suitable candidate will be chosen.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:24pm by the general manager and it was first by jovan and

second by Danielle and Angelee.
