Subject: Winter Dress Code Reminder

Dear Students

As the weather gradually transitions to a colder phase, it is important for us to adapt to the changing climate
while maintaining the decorum and discipline that our school stands for.

I would like to remind all students that, in accordance with our school's Winter Dress Code, it is mandatory for
you to wear the designated winter uniform.

The Winter Dress Code consists of the following:

1. Tie: I would like to emphasize the importance of wearing your tie as a part of your uniform. The tie is
not just a part of your attire; it also represents a sense of pride and unity within our school community.
2. Full-Sleeve Shirt: Please wear full-sleeve shirts as a part of your uniform to keep warm during the cold
weather.
3. Full Pants / Trousers
4. Proper Footwear: Ensure that you wear shoes that are in line with our school's uniform policy.

It is of paramount importance that you adhere to this dress code, as it not only ensures your comfort during
the colder months but also reflects positively on our school's image.

The school staff will be conducting periodic checks to ensure compliance. Any student found in violation of
the dress code will be subject to appropriate consequences.
