    1. Coordination and information very essential in every organization .

    2. In order to gain support for the different programs , projects and activities
    implemented communicating with stakeholders is very beneficial.

    3. The district stakeholders summit will be conducted on December 7 , 2023 at


    8:00 in the morning at Lilo-an National High School.

    4. During this activity the following topics will be tackled for the benefits of our
    learners with the corresponding speakers.
    a. Responsibility of Brgy. Officials for Learners Safety in School –
    Jovita Donor , Estrella Andrin , Ramil Cortez and Richmond Moncada
    b. School MOOE – Maria Leonora Llanos , Renante Cua , Chona Coraza,
    and Annie Vir Tariao
    c. District Situational Status – Uldarico N. Bojos Jr. Leona Dela Cruz ,
    Feliza Matuguina ,Antonio Seronio and Reymar Ollave

    5. For the smooth conduct of the said activity please follow the district memo 01
    s.2023.

    6. Expenses incurred such as snacks and meals in the amount of 150 per
    participants shall be charge to school MOOE subject to the accounting rules and
    regulations.

    7. Widest dissemination and compliance of this memorandum are desired
