• 港澳學生居留證一般來說是3年；外國學生
居留證一般來說是1年，同學需要在期限到

• 逾期居留將會被罰款，情況嚴重者將會被

• 若更換住所(ex. 從學校宿舍搬出去校外賃
居)，應於15日內辦妥文件辦理異動；違規
者處NTD. 2,000~10,000罰緩。

但是…
如果你有在校外打工，一定要來告知國際處幫你退保學校(由你的雇主幫你加健保)。未告
知者，造成雙重繳費，本處無法退費。
BUT……
If you have the part-time job, you MUST notify to International affairs. We will drop your
NHI from university.

If you don’t notify to International affairs, it will cause to double pay and we don’t refund
money.
健保加保流程(健保費 NTD 826元/月)
1.入境後未出境：居留起算日+183天

2.出境一次未逾30天：居留起算日+183天+出境天數

3.出境一次且逾30日：重新計算居留起算日，以最新入境日為起算日，比照1、2方式重新計算

4.多次出入境：重新計算居留起算日，以上一次入境日為居留起算日+183天+出境天數

The Procedure of NHI(NHI Fee NTD 826/月)

1.Not leaving Taiwan after entering Taiwan： Starting date of residence +183 days
2.Leaving Taiwan once and not over 30 days： Starting date of residence +183 days+ Leaving days
3.Leaving Taiwan once and over 30 days ： Recalculating starting date of residence and starting from the
latest date of entry. Recalculate according to methods 1 and 2
4. Multiple entry and exit ： Recalculating starting date of residence. The last date of entry is the starting
date of residence +183 days+ Leaving days

如何申請分期付款
HOW TO APPLY FOR “Installment”?
• 境外生無法在台灣申請就學貸款，因此學校另外提供分期付款方案
(Installment Policy)。
• 每學期寒/暑假期間，國際處會公告境外生可統一申請「分期付款」的時間，
請於指定時間攜帶學生證及第一期款辦理。
During the Winter/Summer Vacation, the International Office will announce when
you can apply for the “Installment”.
• 未申請校內住宿者(校外賃居)，第一期款為：NTD. 20,000
申請校內宿舍者，第一期款為：NTD. 30,000
前期有欠款者(黑名單)，不得申請分期付款。
First payment for staying off-campus students: NTD. 20,000
First payment for staying on-campus students: NTD. 30,000
If you owe the fee in previous semester, you will be denied to apply for the installment.

如何申請獎助學金
HOW TO APPLY FOR “Providence Grant”?
• You MUST pay the tuition and miscellaneous fee to the school before the semester
starts to confirm your registration each semester.
你必須在每學期開學前支付學雜費確認註冊。
• Each semester, the International Office will announce when you can apply for the
“Providence Grant”, please follow the schedule and upload all necessary documents.
每學期，國際處會公告可申請助學金(Providence Grant)的時間，請依照時間
表上傳相關申請資料。。
• The school will transfer your “Providence Grant” directly to your POST Office
Account.
學校會將你的助學金(Providence Grant)直接轉入你的郵局帳戶。
 僑港澳學生就讀[中文授課學系]:
111學年度入學前
(舊制) 第一學年：
For international • 經由海聯會或本校獨招之僑生：獲雜費同額獎助
學金。
students enrolled • 經由本校聯盟學校或機構推薦者：獲學費同額獎
助學金。
before 2022 Fall
• 經由本校海青班畢業經推薦者：獲學費同額獎助
semester… 學金。

第二學年起依據前一學期在校成績(無懲處紀錄)：
• 班排名1-10名者: 學+雜費同額助學金。
• 班排名11-20名者: 學費同額助學金。
• 班排名21-30名者: 雜費同額助學金。
• 獲獎者，每學期需完成10小時服務學習。
• 碩士班外加條件「前一學期總平均80分(含)」以上。

and miscellaneous fee.
• 碩士班(GMBA):前一學期總平均85分(含)以上，為學+雜費同額助學金。
Master Program: The average score is 85 above in previous semester: Get the same amount of tuition and
miscellaneous fee.
• 大學至多發3年，碩士至多發1年。
Maximum 3 years for Bachelor programs, and maximum 1 year for Master Programs.
 僑港澳生、外國學生就讀[博士班]:
111學年度入學前

僑外生獎助學金重要提醒
Important Notification for the Providence Grant

• 僑外生出國研修期間，停發獎助學金。
While the students are studying abroad, the scholarship will be suspended.
• 休學後復學及延畢期間，喪失獎助學金申請資格。
During the period of resuming schooling after suspension of study and delaying
graduation, students are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
• 經由「轉學」入學之僑外生，轉學至本校就讀當學期不核發助學金，入學
第二學期起，若無懲戒紀錄，得申請獎助學金。
“Transfer” students won’t be eligible to awarded scholarship for the semester they
transfer to the school. From the second semester of the enrollment, if there is no
disciplinary record, students can apply for scholarships and grants.
