search and rescue department.

The main function of that department was to request, validate


and confirm documentation from customers who were flagged
for repeatedly requesting concessions without any type of item
return. Among the documents that were requested and reviewed
were identification documents, purchase receipts, bank
statements and complaints made with the local police.

The documents were verified and compared with the


information in the account created on Amazon.com and details
of the complaint with the local police were detailed if the case
required it. After corroborating the data and confirming that the
request was valid, the concession proceeded. Otherwise the
request was denied.
