DMV serial mud gate valve seat is specially designed to provide reliable interdict in
wearing and corrosive service environment.
1.Valve seat composes of two identical metal wearing resistant ring wrapped in a
elastic rubber body, and form and cylinder. Space for wedge and gap for two balls are left.
The closed wedge tightly closes to downstream wearing resistant ring. Meanwhile, elastic
rubber body can provide reliable sealing at the gap.
2.Cylindric valve seat assembly and valve cavity are closely attached, which can
expanded to the outlet of valve through the pressure from valve bonnet and the support
ring at the bottom of valve seat. When valve bonnet and valve body are tightly screwed,
valve stem pin can expand from two wearing resistant ring, in this way, the valve seat
expansion occurs. Valve seat support ring guarantee that the elastic rubber and valve cavity
are closely attached. This kind of design guarantee valve seat, valve body and valve outlets
can realize reliable sealing. Even though the wedge and seat appear scratches or wears

3. Valve Body Wearing ring

Surface hardened alloy valve body shall be used to support the two sides of valve seat.
These rings can absorb corrosive substance from the cavity of valve seat, in this way, the service
life of valve can be greatly improved.
4.Rising valve stem design
DMV-2 serial adopts rising valve stem to isolate thread to avoid the erosion of pipeline
medium. Meanwhile, rising valve indicates the position of valve stem.
5. Visible position indicated optical lens
For 3” or larger valve, position indicator can make operator easily to identify whether the valve
is open or not. Meanwhile, indicated optical lens can protect valve stem thread.
6. Replaceable valve stem packing
valve packing can be replaced without removing valve bonnet (3”to 5-3/16”).(NOTE: Prior to
repair, the pressure on pipeline and valve shall be released.)
7. Liquid cleaning design
The structure of valve cavity allows liquid to “washing”continuously. Therefore, The sand can
be avoid to accumulated in valve cavity. If it is equipped on vertical pipeline, this effect can be

Choke valve can be divided into fixed type, needle type, cage type and orifice type. It can
adjust fluid flow and pressure though changing the cross session of the channel. The medium

SCV Swing Check Valve

swing check valve is in inner rocker arm swing structure. All switch parts
are installed in valve cavity without getting through valve body. Except for the
middle flange which is equipped with gasket seal and seal ring, there is no other
outside dots. Leakage outside the valve is forbidden. Swing type check valve
rocker arm and valve disc are connected with spherical surface, which make
valve disc possess a certain degree of freedom at 360 degree with a proper
position compensation.
When swing check valve is fully open, fluid pressure is almost unimpeded.
The pressure through valve is relatively small.

Ball Valve
It is suitable for clean medium; therefore, medium containing solid particles

The valve disc of swing check valve is in rotating movement around axis of
rotation. Its flow resistance is usually less than that of lift check valve, which is

force produced by valve front end fluid on ball can fully pass to bearing
