    Greetings!

    The computerization program of the Department of Education is bringing a


    significant effect on the academic development of our learners. Learning through
    the aid of technology is far more effective than the previous methods we had,
    given the fact that learners of today are highly digital.

    However, the utilization of the computers did not come easy due to some
    concerns that cannot be addressed inside the school. In this regard, we are
    requesting from your office that we may be provided technical assistance which
    includes installation of the Senior High School computers, Batch No. 35 and 36.
    Said computers were delivered in 2018, but remains unused up to this time.
    Further, we may also request checking of the Junior High School computers for
    all the units therein had shut down.

    We are hoping for your positive response on this matter, Ma’am.
