Issuance of Online Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) for Category B Projects

Projects or undertakings that are deemed likely to cause significant adverse impact on the quality of the environment according to the parameters set forth in the
Coverage Screening Guidelines per EMB MC 2014-005 are classified as Category A or Category B. Projects or undertaking that falls under Category B are
required to secure the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC). This Clearance is issued upon request of DENR personnel, official or external party of ECC
being filed in the DENR-EMB 8 through online at ecconline.emb.gov.ph.
