et.al.”, na inilabas noong Marso 25 2024 ni Secretary Justice Jesus Crispin
Remulla.

Nagugat ang naturang aksiyon mula sa akusasasyon ng sexual at child abuse

laban kay quiboloy.

ayon sa DOJ, si Quiboloy ay nahaharap sa mga kasong paglabag sa Section

5(b) ng Republic Act No. 7610 Other Sexual Abuse, na nakapokus sa
proteksiyon ng mga kabataan laban sa pangaabuso, exploitation
diskriminasyon.

May karag-dagan pa umanong kasu sa ilalim ng Section 10(a) ng nasabi ding

batas Other Acts of Child Abuse ang isinampa laban ka quiboloy, kina
Jackielyn W. Roy, Cresente Canada, paulene Canada, ingrid C. Canada, at
Sylvia Cemanes.

Inendorso ng Davao City Prosecutor’s Office ang reklamo para sa Qualified

Trafficking in Persons sa doj main office.

Alin sunod sa Order Department 144, ang task force on Women and Children
and Trafficking Against In Persons ay inatasan na maghanda ng mga
kinakailangang impormasyon laban sa mga nasabing respondent para sa
kasong Qualified Human Trafficking alin sunod sa resolusyong na-promolgate
noong marso singko ng DOJ secretary.
