o San Jacinto Covered Court
o Assembly time is at 4:00 PM
o Program start 5:00 PM
o It was agreed upon that each student should bring their own chairs.
Section adviser will take care of organizing and renting tables and
skirting design (Gold and Maroon)

 DRESS CODE
o Any formal attire is acceptable as long as it is appropriate to wear
on the occasion.
(e.g., Long gown/ evening gown for female, Suit and Tie/Tuxedo for
male, cross-dressing is allowed.)
o Teachers will also wear formal.

 PARENTAL CONSENT
o Parental Consent is required to learners who will be attending the
Seniors Night.

PART II

Dinner and Socialization/ Dance

o Cotilion dance will be performed separately by Grade 11 and Grade

12 awardees.
o Non-awardee students will perform according to their preferred
social dances. (e.g Rumba, Paso doble, Cha-cha and Hip-hop)
o Teachers will also have a Ballroom dance presentation.
o Practice would be on Saturday to avoid disruption of classes. It will
be supervised by teachers accordingly.
o Solicited funds will be used to cover the expenses in preparations
for the Backdrop design and sound system.
o After costing, it has been agreed upon that SHS teachers will
contribute P300.00 each to cover the expenses for food and snacks
during the event.
