Other Details

• We require 2 Service Points and 2 handwashing stations. Each service station should have enough
servers, for smooth operation.

• The caterer will be provided with 20 tables by the decor team but will be requested to bring your own
setup and dressing for both the Kitchen and serving points.

• The caterer will be required to keep the food service station clean and clear of any view of back items.

• The Caterer will be provided with a 6*6m a kitchen tent where you will be expected to localize your
preparation operation and keep everything away from the visibility of the guests.
(Drapery likely needed on the side facing the main access reception)

• The bridal party lunch will be served at the reception area. The caterer will provide hot towels and table
service for the team of 4 Pax.

• . Kindly allocate someone who will serve these meals and be dedicated to the bridal team.

• The Caterer is to provide the following guest crockery and cutlery : Lunch Plates, Lunch Cutlery - Fork,
spoon and knife for each guest, a drinking glass & and clear coloured water bottles on the table ( Not blue
if we can avoid) . The caterer will also bring the sodas

• We expect to have approximately 30 Service Providers on site who will eat after guests except the MC and
the DJ who we will request the caterer to serve first.

• The caterer will be required to provide everything else that they may need to store the food & meat for
freshness. This included but but not limited to freezers and all other as needed.

• Grilling can be allowed in the vendor area. The venue is strictly against cooking on the grass. The contact
for the person delivering meat- Julius {Roadhouse Grill) 0720768663 . They will serve 2 goats at lunch
and 3 goats for the evening. Cocktail Snacks will be provided by Auntie Muthoni- 0733515577

• The meat should be ready to serve at the evening party.

• The caterer will provide 20 extra food plates for cake service side plates.

DETAILS

• The cakes are all white in look and should have a finish that compliments the decor. (Refer to the mood board)
. The cake can be finished with flowers as per the inspiration picture.

• The flavors for the cake will be :

• 1st tier- Caramel


• 2nd tier Vanilla
• 3rd tier - Caramel
• Top tier - Lemon Blueberry

• The Vendor will also provide the below additional items:

• The main wedding cake


• Cake stand
• Non-alcoholic red Champagne & 2 champagne glasses
• Cake cutting cutlery set (knife, server, charger plate, 2 folks)
• 2 cake cutting assistants & sanitizer / serviettes
• Cake as per agreed flavors and design .
• Transport to the venue .

• The caterer will be providing 20 plates for the cake cutting . The baker is required to provide enough knives
for seamless cake cutting and service. The cake can be served on plates and placed on the individual tables.

• The coordination team will assist with the process of cake cutting and service. CAke vendor to bring enough
knives.

• The Cake Vendor will be provided with a cake table fully dressed and decorated., a meal for the cake cutting
assistants . The contacts of all other vendors are recorded in the third page.

Couple arrives back to the party and go for their first dance after

which guests are invited to join. Dancefloor opens
