In view of the Re-designation of post of the Process-server as per the recommendation of the
Shetty Commission and In due obedience to the references cited 1 to 4, I humbly submit that the
Honourable District Court, Vizianagaram already issued directions in the reference 4 th cited to draw
and pay if any arrears in respect of Shetty Commission recommendations.
I further humbly submit that I pray your Honour that in view of the orders issued in references 1
to 4th cited my post was re-designated as a Process Server and the Process Server post was
established as a promotion post to the post of the Attender/Office Sub-Ordinate.
I further humbly submit that the time scale for post of the Attender/Office Sub-Ordinate is
Rs.13,000/- to 40270/- and assigned higher time scale to the post of process Server I.e, Rs.15,460/-to
47,330/-,. in this regard I further submit that the F.R 22(b) narrates that when and where the time scale
is higher than lower grade post time scale, the individual pay is to be re-fixed under F.R.22(b) and
also the Process Server post than the promoted post to the feeder post ie. attender.
In the above stated circumstances I further submit that I am entitled to get benefits in pay
fixation under F.R.22.a (1) and F.R.22(b) also.
Hence I pray your Honour, to re-fix my pay under F.R.22.a (1) and F.R.22(b), and I am
submitting my under taking that I am totally responsible for any erroneousness pay fixation or excess
drawal and other if any loss of service/other benefits including automatic advance scheme. I further
also under take that I bound to obey if any modification orders of the Honourable High Court, and also
Honourable District Court,Vizianagaram.
I further submit that I hereby undertake that in future if the A.G audit party or the Inspection
staff or the Honourable District Court found any error or erroneousness pay fixation or excess drawal
in this regard I bound to repay the same as per the directions.
I further submit that I hereby undertake that I have no objection to recover if I drawal excess
amounts or if erroneousness pay fixation or excess drawal, and may recovered amounts from my
salary & other benefits with or with out any notice to me.

As per the recommendations of the 1 st National Judicial Pay Commission ( Justice Jagannadha
Shetty Commission) r/w order of the Honourable Supreme Court of India, certain orders in addition to and in
partial modification made there to the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Ministerial Services 2003, vide GO 1 st read
above were issued.

As per GO 2nd and 4th read above Sri.G.Sai Parusuram Chowdary, Attender has been re-
designated as Process-Server with effect from 07.08.2007.

Since the post of Process-Server it carries Time Scale 4595-115-4825-125-5200-135-5605-145-

6040-155-6505-170-7015185-7570-200-8170-215-8815-235-9520-255-10285 in the RPS 2005 the individual is
entitled and eligible for the pay fixation in the post of Process-Server. Consequent on promotion the pay of the
individual is fixed initially under FR 22(a)(i) on the date of promotion i.e., 07.08.2017 and re-fixed under FR
22(b) on the date of increment in the lower cadre ie., 01.02.2008 as shown below.

I was appointed in the last grade service on 03.02.1998 and I am discharging my duties

in the last grade service till today, as per direction of the Shetty commission report, and as per

G.O.Ms No.50 LAW (L&J Home courts – D) Department, dt.23.04.2009 the Honourable District

Court, Vizianagaram issued Proceedings order in P.R.No.73/2014-A,dated:09.05.2014( and as

per G.O.Ms No.50 LAW (L&J Home courts – D) Department, dt.23.04.2009.,) my present post

was Re-designated as a Process-Server with effect from 07.08.2007 in the time scale of 15460-

47330 (R.P.S.2015) as a Process-Server. In view of the Honourable District Court proceedings

my present time scale was raised.

I further submit that I am drawing in the time scale of 13390-41380(R.P.S.2015) in the

cadre of Attender, as per the above mentioned Judicial Pay Commission Process-Server is

Higher post of the Attender and also promotion post of the Attender.

Hence, I request your honour may be pleased to order to draw the difference of the pay

and allowances from 07.08.2007 as per above cited G.O.
