Zakuza Och-Kan has obsidian hair, shaved on one side with braids. His tan skin features blue crystalline scales reminiscent of a dragon. His eyes have a serpentine quality, and his teeth are sharp. Notably, a single skeletal onyx horn protrudes from his forehead, symbolizing the infusion of his draconic powers.

He also dons distinctive garments. He wears a black leather faux fur coat, a white wifebeater, torn denim jeans, and a pair of worn-out excavation boots. He has a profusion of Mayan/Aztec-style tattoos adorning his arms and exposed skin, up to his neck. He wears feather earrings and multiple necklaces, and rings, contributing to an overall image that seamlessly blends ancient Aztec influences with a modern, Gothic flair.
