Terms and Conditions

 Customers may apply for the "POCKET-MTB Cobranded Prepaid/Debit Card" if they
have an active Full Profile POCKET account.
 The necessary Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the Prepaid/Debit Card will be
provided by MTB or can be generated by IVR.
 Any attempt to use the Card even after the notice of cancellation or withdrawal of
facilities will be treated as fraudulent activity. MTB & POCKET reserves the right to
bring legal action(s) against any such individual user.
 Unless renewed, this agreement and the Card that is issued under this agreement will
expire on the expiry date that is mentioned on the front side of the Card.
 If the Card is lost or stolen, the Cardholder on his/her own initiative should immediately
inform MTB by calling 24X7 Call Center or in person.
 The Cardholder shall be responsible for any such costs that may be incurred prior to
disclosing the loss via print, electronic, or other media.
