Lesson Goal : This lesson aims to provide participants

improve education in the PNP training
institutions.

servant;

Lesson Topic - How to be an effective facilitator.

I. Introduction (5 minutes)
1. Prayer before the start of the class.
2. Introduce instructor to the participants.

3.The purpose of this lesson aims to provide participants knowledge


and skills of facilitator to improve learning in the PNP training institutions.
II. Motivation (5 mins)

Being a PNP facilitator, we play a vital role in educating police officers.


Facilitators can help to inspire, encourage and motivate participants for them to
be more positive and energetic towards learning environment in order to achieve
his goal. The knowledge and skills of the PNP facilitator is necessary in the PNP
training institutions to keep our police officers to be more effective and efficient
in their job and to provide them norms and conduct which is required in the
performance of their job.
