    paid by Client ) from the date of installation (as specified above) against any defect in workmanship, materials,
    malfunctioning of equipment performance/specifications subject to maintaining of recommended stable electricity
    voltages, recommended operating & storage temperature, humidity and safe operating of equipment by trained
    credentialed staff as per manufacture’s guidelines & recommendations. Generator & UPS supplies not
    recommended if these backup supplies are not checked/maintained & validated.
