My Personal Credentials
Everyday, an employer gets to receive and process numerous personal credentials of aspiring job
applicants. This becomes an important document for an employer as basis for considering or hiring an
individual since it provides an initial impression about the applicant. As they say, first impression lasts,
so it is very important to know and understand the differences among bio-data, resume, and curriculum
vitae so you can well craft your documents based on the requirements of your work immersion site.

Bio-data, Resume, and Curriculum Vitae: What’s the Difference?

Why do you think so?
My being flexible, because being flexible is you can do whatever they ask you to do, and I think
nowadays that’s what employers are looking for.

4. Why is it important to have a personal credential in a person’s application process?


To get to know you better by the job or company you are applying for and if you get into what
they are looking for.

5. What is the best personal credential to use when applying for your Work Immersion? Explain
your answer.
Curriculum vitae, because in this personal credential it is organized chronologically and this
is more detailed than resume.
