Keto – Garlic Bread

DOUGH INGREDIENTS
Mozzarella 102 g (1 cups) grated cheese
almond flour 51 g (½ cups)
cream cheese 1 tablespoon
garlic minced 1 teaspoon
dried parsley 1 teaspoon
baking powder ½ teaspoon
salt pinch
1 egg medium size

Garlic/cheese topping
melted butter 2 tablespoon,
parsley 1 teaspoon
garlic minced 1 teaspoon.
mozzarella ½ cup

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the dough ingredients except the egg, in a microwaveable bowl. Stir gently to mix
together. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
Stir then microwave on HIGH for a further 30 seconds.
Add the egg then mix gently to make a cheesy dough.
Place on a baking tray and form into a garlic bread shape. Cut slices into the low-carb garlic
bread.
Garlic cheese topping: Mix 2 tablespoon melted butter, 1 teaspoon parsley and 1 teaspoon
garlic. Brush over the top of the low-carb garlic bread, sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake at 220C/425F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
