PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Denraw Fx is formaldehyde free fixator for reactive dyes.

PROPERTIES

It doesn't contain formaldehyde or substance releasing formaldehyde.

It does not affect the touches and sewability.
It can be used in sulphate containing media.
It is suitable for fulard and exhaustion systems.
It is suitable for use with all kinds of softeners and finishing materials except substances that anionic
structure in finishing bath. However, the compatibility of the substances should be tested before
working.
It enhances wash, sweat and water fastness of reactive dyed goods. The following pictures show the
washing fastness of the treated and untreated fabrics with Denraw Fx.

Note; * Fabric treated with Denraw Fx. and untreated fabric were tested for 30 minutes at 60 ° C. As a
result of this, Denraw Fx applied fabric has been observed to increase fastness. (ISO 105-A01)

APPLICATIONS

In exhaust process According to color shade after reactive and direct dyeing;
Denraw Fx;
For middle colors, %0,25-0,5
For dark colors, %0,5-1,0
pH: 4,0-5,0

In fulard For printed fabrics after reactive dyeing washing process according to
color shade and squeezing;
Denraw Fx; 5-20 g/L
pH: 4,0-5,0
Drying; 150°C, 3 m/min, 3 bar.

To remove fixator Denacid AT: 3,0 g/L

Denpol Fe Conz 1 g/l
70°C, 30 min.
After the bath is discharged, rinsed and neutralized, dyeing process
can be started.

PACKAGING

Packaging type Shelf life is 1 year in its original drums at room temperature.
120 kg plastic drums, 1000 kg IBC’s.
