In my personal life, I have definitely seen examples of troublesome strategies that should be

avoided or used with caution. One common example is avoidance behavior, where individuals

try to ignore or avoid dealing with a problem or conflict rather than addressing it head-on. This

can lead to the issue festering and becoming even more problematic in the long run.

Another troublesome strategy is passive-aggressive behavior, where individuals express their

negative feelings or thoughts indirectly through sarcasm, backhanded compliments, or other

subtle means. This can create confusion and tension in relationships, making it difficult to

resolve conflicts effectively.

In these situations, better strategies would include open and honest communication,

assertiveness, and problem-solving skills. By addressing conflicts directly, expressing feelings

and needs clearly, and working towards finding mutually beneficial solutions, individuals can

avoid unnecessary drama and foster healthy relationships.
