SUBJECT- SUBMISSION OF EXAM FORM.

Respected sir,

I need to submit the exam forms for the course B.A LLB, 9th Sem, and the link for the
submission for the aforesaid is closed, i was unable to submit the exam for at the due date because
of the unavilibity of the marksheet of my 1st and 2nd semester which was misplaced by the faculties
of my previous college. Due to the new guidelines issued by the university which states that for the
approval of exam forms every marksheet till the recent semester is to be attached with the form, I
was unable to get my exam form approved in time and submit it on the due date.

Therefore, it's my humble request to you sir that kindly submit my form as the last date to submit
form at the university is 15/03/24 and your presence at office is not expected till monday i.e
18/03/24 as informed by the clerk at the office.
