Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we are writing to request your assistance in arranging a swift message
for the pending bank maturity release against LC No: DPCFCB300914, issued by HSBC
Colombo, Sri Lanka. The applicant for this LC is BRANDIX APPAREL LTD., their Bank
communicated via swift message on 06-02-2024 indicating discrepancies in our below
documents due to late shipment and an expired LC. They have also requested an undertaking
from our end. Details of the Document as under:
