First of all please allow me to thank you for the interest shown to Coral Beach Resort,
Mahabalipuram, reference to the enquiry regarding Annual Contract Rates with us, please find
below our Q u o t e for your requirements. We are pleased to offer the same.

Contract period 1/4/24 to 31/3/25

Day outing Rs.1600+GST

Projector With Audio Rs.9000+GST

Breakfast Buffet Rs. 450+GST

Breakfast with Lunch Day out Rs. 1950+GST

Day out Lunch + Dinner 3000+GST

Deluxe Room with Breakfast .6500+GST With Breakfast

Extra person Rs.2000+GST with Breakfast

Dj Rs.25,000+GST

Team building activity with Mc and Audio Rs.25,000+GST

 Terms and conditions:

 Food shall be prepared only for 10% above the number of the guests guaranteed. Should
the number of persons exceed 15% of the guaranteed number, the CORAL Beach Resort
would be unable to ensure consistency in the quality of food and service.

 Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of guests guaranteed or actual
numbers of guests whichever is higher.

 Guaranteed numbers can be changed only up to within 48hours of the event.

 Nochanges in guaranteed numbers will be entertained thereafter.

 Venue usage shall used as per the options timing.

 Usage of the venue after the mentioned timing will be subject to availability and would
carry additional venue charges

*** Strictly Testing of sounds shall not be entertained between 10 pm to
9.00 am in the

Liquor Policy Guest may buy liquor from the resort (with the available stock)
In case of outside liquor, other state and Canteen stocks are not allowed
Corkage Rs. 800+GST per bottle applicable
Consumption of liquor is not permitted on all DRY DAYS

Food & Beverage Rate:
Rates for any additional / Extra Meals apart from the plan will be as follows:
Liquor Bills to be paid directly.
Cocktail Snacks Rs. 800 + taxes for 90 Min unlimited cocktail snacks float 2
vegetarian and 2 non-vegetarian dishes
Cocktail snacks to be ordered separately. Buffet food cannot be consumed as
cocktail snacks
Power Supply:

 Resort will provide 2KV power supply. For extra power, Genset to be brought fromthe

 Guest end.

 Logistics pick up & drop by the guest end only.

 Tax component as per Governmentimplications.

Liquor:

 Please note as per Tamil Nadu Government rules & regulations liquor will be served only till

22.00hrs

 Hard Liquor can be availed at the resort at a very special price.

 Soft drinks, Sodas, Mineral water, Chilled juices, Beer, Cocktail snacks should be bought

from the resort which will be served & charged on actual.

 Outside Hard Liquor will not be entrained at resort premises. Beverage/Starter sprices are

subject to change.

Entertainment Policy and Government Permissions:

 As per the directive of honorable Supreme Court of India, playing of loud music and live
/recorded musical performance or recitalist not permitted beyond 22.00 hrs at the venue. All
music / musical performance will be shut down by 22.00 hrs in accordance with the court's
directive.

Cancellation Policy:

 Cancellation of the function has to be done 15 working days prior to the party date.
Failing which retention charges shall believe.
 Upto15daysbeforearrival:No Cancellation Fees
 Upto07daysbeforearrival:50%ofthetotalreservation
 Upto04daysbeforearrival:75%oftheTotal reservation
 Less than 03 days before arrival will be consider as no show: 100% of the total expected bill
amount will be collect as retention charges.

No Shows: The Resort reserves the right to charge the full contracted value if number of
persons attending the function fall below the guaranteed number of persons indicated.

**On entry all Rules & Regulations of Coral Beach Resort will apply .Right of admission reserve**
