0.0 Space Program
A. PUBLIC SPACE
1. Parking Area - Denotes the parking spaces that are designated for the parking of
cars that belong to hotel guests.
2. Parks/ Open Space - an open space that frequently has benches, trees, and
monuments. It is primarily utilized for leisure pursuits including cycling, playing,
strolling, and exercise.
3. Resort Pool - utilized for various water-related activities, like playing, wading,
working out in the water, floating on inner tubes, or simply cooling down on hot days.
4. Grand Lobby - The hotel lobby is the nerve center of almost any hotel. It's where
guests come to check-in, check out, ask questions to the front desk staff or concierge,
wait for taxis or shuttles, and engage in with other guests.
5. Public Elevators - They enhance the check-in experience of guests and make
moving inside the property convenient and fast.
6. Porte Cochere - an accessible covered entrance that usually leads to a courtyard
and is big enough for cars to drive through.

B. EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
1. President’s Office - is a corporate area of a hotel that serves as the executive
board, department, or company's headquarters, directing and supervising the strategic
vision and its implementation.
2. General Manager’s Office - The hotel department responsible for implementing
operational modifications to optimize hotel efficiency. The main objective of this
office is to provide the greatest possible visitor experience by supervising all
activities.
3. Executive Assistant’s Office - Support for operations and administration is
provided to hotel managers by this department.
4. Staff Room - used to provide staff members a cozy, comfortable lunch room and
getaway area.
5. Library & Conference Room - These are peaceful, personal areas where people
are at ease exchanging knowledge and concepts. In addition, they offer a cozy yet
formal environment.
6. Public Relation & Assistance Office - oversees and evaluates public opinion as

constituents.

E. HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
