LEARNING FEEDBACK

OBJECTIVE: TO ENHANCE MY SKILLS IN NURSING PRACTICE AND KNOWLEDGE IN SOME BASIC CONCEPT
IN NURSING.

• Knowing the different rules and guidelines in the surgery room is very important, because in this, they
do minor surgeries. Which undergone by means of saving lives. Moreover, knowing the person who
belongs to surgery team is important because harmonious working relationship is needed to facilitate a
productive and effective teamwork.

Our entire duty, we had an amazing experience because we’ve learned and discovered lots of procedures
and vital interventions that will hastened more our abilities in critical thinking and handling our patients
right with appropriate nursing care. I know that it will give us a great epitome that will surely helps us in
being a responsible student and registered nurse in the future. We learned that one of the most
important in performing duty is to always have the spirit of time management, and dedication to service.
It’s not easy to deal with the patients especially when they have individual differences according to their
attitude.

Also, Mme Marjorie tells us about the surgical instrument and able to know their name and their uses.

Yet, we may have a hard time walking around the corridor, but it was a great experience. Because we
mold ourselves in the real set up of our future field. Being a student nurse, Doing right in the
appropriate things with our patients brings a guiding light that keeps us on the right track. We need to
love what we are doing to become a responsible and well-mannered registered nurse soon, so that we
may apply in doing service.

We realized, that being also a clinical instructor is not just that easy. Because it is their obligations to
guide us in our duties. We are lucky that our C.I is cool. She shared her experiences and
accomplishments to inspire us. She removes away our fears and negative thoughts towards handling
patients in hospital. All I can say is with all of our experiences on our duties together we are glad and
thankful about the outcome because our clinical instructor made us feel it was not hard to be a student
nurse as long as you enjoy what you are doing. Because at the end of the day, all of your hardships,
achievements and mistakes will all use these, to become a well-equipped nurse someday.
