Parallel lines- are lines that do not intersect even when extended
in either direction..

Intersecting lines-lines that meet or intersect at a
point.

*what is parallel lines?
*how about the intersect lines and
perpendicular lines?
* what are the difference of intersecting
and perpendicular lines?
*Look around the classroom. Can you find
any objects or shapes that have
a parallel, intersecting and perpendicular
lines?

*Group the pupils into 3
Group 1. “Explore the Space”
Direction:Look at the grid and write the 2 pairs of lines you see
below.

Group 2 Direction: Identify which are the parallel,
intersecting and perpendicular lines by coloring it. (Parallel lines)
Parallel lines will be colored be blue, Intersecting XP and RO lines
line will be colored be red, Perpendicular lines will be
colored be yellow. (Perpendicular lines)
