MEMORANDUM
1. REFERENCES:
2. SITUATION:
a. There are some reports that hostile forces such as CCP/NPA,
Local Dissident Terrorists (LDTs) and any other armed groups may
attack the station anytime of the day or night. The camp strategic
location is the primary obstacle to which enemy forces may overcome
with the intent to inflict casualties, destroy facilities, promote propaganda
movements, harassments, gain supports and destroy the credibility of
the present government.

3. MISSION:
All personnel of Luna CPS will defend the installation from any
possible enemy attack covering all avenue approach of any attacking
force.
4. EXECUTION:
A. CONCEPT OF OPERATION:
5. TASKING:
1. Police Station
a. Provide command and direction;
b. Detail at least one alert team at all time; and
c. Duty personnel advice all employees of different
section to lock possible entry of enemy forces and conduct
equipment check.
2. Section Chiefs:
a. Determine strong point of defense in respective
sections;
b. Provide and designate sector of fire to each personnel
assigned to man the strong units;
c. Inform the Chief of Police or the most ranking PNCO
through fastest means of current situation in their
respective section; and
d. Deploy respective forces at the least possible time to
cover respective sectors by fire and maneuver.
6. Coordinating Instructions:
a. The first personnel to notice the occurring attack will
initiate shot to give alarm to all personnel and indicate the direction of
the attack and enemy locations.
b. The Camp Commander or the most ranking senior
officer present at the time of the attack should immediately inform the
Cavite Police Provincial Office and shall be responsible for the execution
of this plan.
7. SERVICE SUPPORT;
a. Personnel vehicles shall be ready at all times.
b. Supply, logistical, and re-supply requirements should
be provided by the Cavite Provincial Police Office.
8. COMMAND SIGNAL:
a. Signal – current CEOI in effect; and
b. Alert – signal
2. Signal to recall:
a) One (1) long blast of whistle; and
b) One (1) long blast of siren.
