ElectraGo Ltd. ElectraGo is a well-known electric mobility firm based in Ahmedabad. Since its
inception in 2004, the company has quickly established itself as a market leader in the electric two-
wheeler market. ElectraGo has been dedicated to manufacturing innovative and sustainable electric
vehicles since its start, greatly contributing to the rising movement toward eco-friendly transportation
alternatives. ElectraGo stands out as a vital actor in the dynamic landscape of electric mobility, with a
commitment to quality and environmental responsibility

Structure of Organization:
Line Organization:

Line organization is the oldest and simplest form of organization. Line organization shows a vertical
relationship. In line organization authority from top level to bottom level.
A line organization has only direct, vertical relationship between different levels in the firm, line
departments include production and marketing. In a line organization authority follows the chain of
command.
Functional Departments:
In our Organization we have five functional Departments,

Finance:

Our finance department decide to our organization investment and how to make our organization
profitable and manage all financial things.

H.R Department:

Our HR Department hire the hard working employee and train them according to our company need
and criteria.

Marketing:
Our marketing department advertise our organization in many ways and make our organization
popular in public we make advertise in many ways like online, social media print media etc.

Sales:

The sales department is in charge of increasing income through client outreach, efficient marketing
techniques, and dealership administration. This group's goals are to increase market presence, build
trusting connections with clients, and promote our environmentally friendly products in order to meet
sales targets and support the company's overall expansion.

Production:

The manufacturing process, which is overseen by the production division, guarantees the effective
assembly of premium electric cars. This team is committed to meeting the increasing demand for our
environmentally friendly goods by streamlining production processes, upholding quality standards,
and integrating cutting-edge technology.

POSDCORB:
Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting are all part of
POSDCORB.

Planning:

Careful planning entails studying consumer preferences in the market. We've created an easy-to-use
website for prospective customers using this data.
With an emphasis on environmental friendliness, we want to make buying easier and offer
transportation solutions that are sustainable.
Continuous examination of market patterns guarantees flexibility and prosperity in the ever-changing
realm of electric vehicles.

Organizing:

In our company, organizing is a dynamic process that is centered on allocating and maximizing
resources in order to fulfill our main objective of selling two-wheelers.
To ensure the smooth achievement of our sales targets, this involves not only creating a simplified
organizational structure but also effectively allocating human resources.
Our product's sale and export depend heavily on every department, from customer service and
logistics to sales and marketing.
We can effectively negotiate the difficulties of the two-wheeler market thanks to this customized
approach to organizing, which guarantees a coordinated effort across all aspects of our organization
to accomplish and surpass our goals.

Staffing:

We are an automobile-focused business that sells electric two-wheelers, and one of the things that
makes our industry so innovative is the hiring practises. Using our web platform, we identify
individuals who wish to make a contribution to the developing field of electric transportation.
We conduct specialized tests in addition to standard interviews and behavioral analysis to assess

Future Plan
Leading auto mobility company ElectraGo plans to build a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant with
the goal of greatly increasing production capacities during the next three to five years.
The goal is to increase operational effectiveness in order to produce an amazing 4,20,000 units
annually.
Currently the company is selling around 70% to 80% of the Electra 253X, the company is already
dominating the market and is set to take a bold step forward by aiming for 3,00,000 units of sales by
the fiscal year 2024.
In addition, ElectraGo is dedicated to innovation and is actively creating new products to increase its
market share in India.
The company's recent worldwide debut in Nepal, made possible by a partnership with Vaidya Energy
subsidiary VOITH, demonstrates its commitment to global expansion and forward-thinking strategy.
An additional important touchpoint for interacting with the expanding market will be added in
November with the opening of an experience center in Kathmandu.
