Project Title: “ FACE RECOGNITION BASED ATTENDENCE SYSTEM ”

Description:

This project is a Face Recognition Based Attendance System developed

using Python and Flask. It utilizes OpenCV for face detection, Flask as the
web framework, and integrates machine learning with Scikit-learn for
facial recognition. The web interface is designed using HTML with
Bootstrap for styling, and attendance data is managed using CSV files.
Users can add new faces, capture attendance through a webcam, and
view attendance records. The system provides a simple yet effective
solution for automating attendance tracking in various settings.

Technology Used: Python, Flask, OpenCV, HTML (with Jinja templating),

Bootstrap, JavaScript (Material Icons), Pandas, Scikit-learn, Joblib
