PROJECT MANAGE QUALITY

1. NARRATIVE REPORT:

In week 3 of my project managing quality, I started into the topic of

Buoyancy and stabilities of floating bodies. Like what my first and second

week of my project I watched an insightful lecture video of my last professor

A on this topic. Those lecture video enhance my understanding on the topic.

I directed my learning efforts with a targeted approach towards

understanding concepts and formulas related to properties of fluids. Then, I

engaged practical application by watching examples demonstrating how to

solve problems with this specific topic. Before I start to test my knowledge in

this topic, I answer first the questions that Engr. Cyrille Dela Cruz provided

on the previous topics.

After that I test my understanding in this week 3 topic. I initially decided

to solve 10 problems with the help of open notes. I was able to answer 9

questions correctly. After that I repeated the same problem without the help

of open notes, I scored 8. Lastly, I challenged myself by solving the problems

without open notes and in a limited time in Despite the extra pressure, I

managed to answer 10 questions and got 8 correct answers.

2. ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT:

Solving example problems is an effective way to apply theoretical

knowledge. It's good practice that worked through examples related to the

formulas I learned.

My method of solving problems in stages, starting with open notes,

and gradually moving to closed notes with limited time, showcases a

systematic and thorough approach to mastering the material.

Achieving 8, 9, and 9 correct answers out of 10 problems in successive

attempts demonstrates consistent improvement, indicating a strong grasp of

the material.

3. CALCULATION RESULT OF YOUR SELF-ASSESSMENT

1. With Open Notes:

 Attempted: 10

 Correct: 9

 Percentage Correct: (9/10) * 100 = 90%

2. Without Open Notes:

 Attempted: 10

 Correct: 8

 Percentage Correct: (8/10) * 100 = 80%

3. Without Open Notes and Limited Time:

 Attempted: 10

 Correct: 8

 Percentage Correct: (8/10) * 100 = 80%

Now, let's check if I passed the assessment with a passing rate of 75%:

 Average Percentage with Open Notes: 90%

 Average Percentage without Open Notes: 80%

 Average Percentage without Open Notes and Limited Time: 80%

All three scenarios have percentages higher than the passing rate of 75%.

Therefore, I have successfully passed the assessment in each case.

OBJECTIVE FOR DOCUMENTATIONS

e. LESSONS LEARNED

1. REVIEW INCORRECT ANSWERS: While scoring well, it might be

beneficial to review the problems where you didn't get the correct answer to

understand the areas that need additional focus.

2. That risk that I listed specially that use of mobile phone always happens

that’s I come up to the solution that in every time I finish a topic I a lot a 10 -

20 minutes break that I can use my phone or to eat.
