Dear Sir,

We confirm that <Name> has been an employee of this company since <date> and currently
working as <position> with a total salary of QAR <amount> per month.

We confirm that we will transfer directly his salary each month into his account <account
number> with QNB and will not transfer his salary to any other Bank or account unless we get a
clearance from QNB.

If above employee resigns or his employment is terminated by this company, we will notify you
accordingly and pay all amount of end of service benefits (if any) to his aforementioned Bank
account.
