Welcome to the new and improved Customer Portal!!!

If you previously had access to the old cRc website (crc.frc.com) you will still be able to access for a short
period of time while we transition to the new portal. On the old site, you will be able to view previous historical
data, such as, Recommended Spare Part Lists, Technical Support Logs (TSL), Field Service Reports (FSR),
Order History and Tracking.
This guide is intended to help you navigate the new portal during the transition.

Fill out a Contact Us form found under the “After Market” dropdown or in the top left corner dropdown where
your name appears.

The conversation icon at the bottom right of your screen will initiate a chat session with a
representative from Spare Parts, Field Service or Technical Support.

your shopping cart.
Δ Order History: enter broad or specific information in the fields provided to retrieve historical order
data including delivery status and tracking
 Note: Order History prior to May 10, 2021 will not be available.
 Support (from the “After Market” menu):
Δ COMING SOON! Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL): enter your FANUC equipment number
and a RSPL will be generated with a customized category breakdown showing a stocking strategy
for parts determined to be Critical/Maintenance, Consumable, and Typical or General Repair Parts.

Δ PC Software Registration: Register purchased PC Software Licenses using your Serial Number
provided by FANUC.
Δ Server Packet Registration: Register purchased server based licenses on dedicated server PC (.frp
packet)
Δ ASI Only - Software Subscription/Registration: enter software codes from your license manager to
register your subscription based PC products
Δ ASI Only - Software Subscription Status: determine if your subscription product has been registered
or when it will need to be renewed
